Fetch Them All partners with global merchants and jewelry artisans in order to provide you the best prices and an unique global shopping experience.

This means that some products might be shipped from global areas such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India, and also of course from the US. You will receive tracking numbers to follow your shipment at any time and we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way :)

For FREE ITEMS we have a limit of 5 items per order. There have been people trying to take advantage of this promotion and for bigger amounts we might be forced to cancel your order. Please remember we are a small business, not a mega-corporation.

  • How much is shipping?
    • This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to. The shipping costs are calculated for you during the order process.

  • How long does it take for an order to arrive?
    • This depends on the product ordered. Most items will arrive in about 2-3 weeks. If you're still not sure, just email us. We're happy to help.
    • Please note that if the shipment address you provide is out of the US and Canada it may take 4-6 weeks for your items to arrive.
  • Why my credit card is getting declined during the order process?
    • Some banks put restrictions on the purchases made online using their credit or debit cards. If your card gets declined, please contact your bank to lift any restrictions and try placing the order again or you can also choose some of our other payment methods such as Paypal, which also accepts and processes credit cards.
  • Can I have a tracking number?
    • Yes, if you need a tracking number for your shipment just contact us with your order number and we'll be happy to provide it for you.
    • I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
      • Our warehouses are not centralized in order to improve their efficiency, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once… they are on the way :)
    • Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
      • Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice.

        If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.
    • Are the "FREE" items really free?

      • YES! For selected promotional items, all you have to pay is the shipping cost. The price of the item itself is $0.00. Please note promotional items have "Just Pay Shipping" in the product description.
    • What is your refund policy?

      • We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee - Which means we will refund your money if you are not satisfied with your order. Please not that shipping costs are not refundable. In order to get a refund, we need you to return the item in its original condition and package.

      • In the unlikely event that your order hasn't arrived within 4 weeks (due to lost mail, etc.) please contact us and we will issue a refund or resend your order. Refunds & returns will not be processed after 90 days. Thanks for understanding!
    • I purchased a dog toy / chewing toy (rubber balls, bones and similar) from your store and it broke after my dog played with it, can I get a refund?
      • We advise you to read carefully the description of each product for use recommendations that increase the lifespan of the toy, however, following the recommendations is not a guarantee that the toy will not break. Considering that dog toys are usually put to heavy stress, bites and play, it is normal for them to get broken after certain use. The time the toy will last depends on many factors such as the dog size and strength. Please purchase and give the toy to your dog at your own discretion and supervision.
      • Considering the previous point, we can't refund or accept returns of this kind of products once they have been used and / or broken.

      • How do I inflate the Giant Tennis ball for proper use?
        • For a cheaper and easier transport the Giant tennis ball comes deflated but it can be inflated with a standard pump which is used for basketballs or bike tires. Usually any bike shop, sports shop and any gas station have those and can be used to inflate it very fast without the need of buying a pump yourself.
